Performance Evolution has partnered with LUMA Fitness, Petaluma's favorite gym, locally owned by Connor Waggoner. We have the common goal of getting more youth athletes into the gym, particularly soccer players!

Amanda Galbraith is running seasonal strength workouts for soccer players. Experience Amanda's training in a gym setting with a new type of challenge.
